Hindman Road Tract

Description

The 131-acre piece is situated predominately on a north facing slope and has roughly 520’ of elevation gain from the bottom of the North Fork of Clark Creek up to the property’s highest point at 4,140 ft. The property has excellent access off Hindman Road which runs the length of the property, as well as a private road shooting off Hindman and winding its way up the canyon wall up onto a bench that marks the vertical mid-range mark of the property.  Although the property has recently been selectively harvested, there is abundant grass, shrubs, and some pockets of cover for wildlife to hold.  Additionally, elk, deer, bear, wild turkeys, and most game associated with the Blue Mountain forests, pass through or call this property home. The property has a very beautiful mountain basin view that screams seclusion as you ascend upward on the logging road. There are a few flat areas situated on a bench halfway up to the top that could potentially be developed into base of operation.  It also has a beautiful running creek that runs along Hindman Road (seasonally). National Forest access, as well as Wilderness trailheads, are literally just a few minutes from the property.
